At Moore Farm Services we recognise that Parts and Service are a major part of providing a full customer care package.
Our parts department is fully stocked with the fast-moving and wearing parts you might need at competitive prices. Should you require a part which we do not stock, delivery will almost always be available within 24hrs. We strive to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of all parts systems for both OEM and non-genuine suppliers.
All our personnel undergo regular training and enhancement courses, to ensure that they are fully up to date with the very latest practices and systems aimed at providing you, the customer with the very best after-sales service.
Our parts department can give advice both at our premises and over the phone. We are more than happy to answer any queries and can often source parts for machinery that we have not originally sold, through our third-party suppliers such as Granit Quality Parts, Kramp, Vapourmatic and Sparex.
We understand that many of our customers are too busy to visit us, so we offer a fast and reliable delivery service which means that you usually receive stocked parts on a next day courier. However, we do appreciate that a face-to-face service is preferable, which is why our parts department has a well-stocked shop with many product displays.
Our Service department is staffed with qualified engineers who have undertaken full training. As new technologies evolve our team of technicians undergo thorough training and updates to maintain industry certification. We have built our business on going above and beyond and we instil this ethos into our staff by giving them the opportunity to enhance their abilities with regular training.
Our Parts and Service departments are open 8am-6pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. However, we do offer out of hours parts after 6pm or at weekend as we know farming does not stop. Please call 01302 759969 outside these hours and we will endeavour to help wherever possible.
